Just wanted to let you know I'll be leaving for Iraq in exactly two months! Can't wait, so excited to be working with Preemptive Love for the second summer in a row.
This summer the emphasis will be on Remedy Missions. If you remember, Remedy is the name given for the 2-week training and surgery missions PLC has been organizing with other NGO's. Its great! Iraqi doctors are being trained to perform these operations that would be otherwise unavailable in-country.
I'll be photographing and leading the intern team. Its going to be so different without the other interns from last year, and I know I'm really really going to miss them.
I'll selling some crafty things to raise a little support money, if you're interested keep an eye out because I'm going to be posting some of them on here!
